What is a Business Incubator?

What does PSTI do?
The Pottsville/Schuylkill Technology Incubator (PSTI) is the ideal first home for start-up technology businesses. We offer support that assists entrepreneurs in planning and implementing a new venture. Services and benefits include: Business Plan Development Assistance, T-1 access, KOZ status, Mentors, and shared equipment and services all included in a tenants below market rent.

The Incubator accepts tenants for the first three years of business. During those years, the services offered by PSTI allow the business to build a strong base before moving into the greater community.

Rents are gradually increased over three years providing businesses in their first year with the lowest amount of $8.00 per square foot per annum. Rents include utilities, T-1 access, shared clerical and reception services and use of office equipment.

If you wish to start your own business, stop by PSTI for a tour and some information. Businesses that graduate from Incubators have over and 80% success rate.
